Roman Bath, Uk Part I

Well, still traveling in the South-West. This time it is a city called Bath in the UK. If you want to know the history of Bath...Please visit http://www.bath.co.uk/ for yourself and read up the history. I'm clearly not a historian and do not want to go back to 850BC to start the story telling session. :D

As we stroll along the city centre, there's plenty of pigs to be found. And most of them are different in design and colors. Why so many pigs? That's because the founder, Bladud, was a pig farmer.

Also, people are enjoying the music. Is this how the romans enjoy themselves back at time? Clearly they enjoy cleaning themselves very much, thus the name Bath!

This is BATH!! (Read it loud as in the movie, THIS IS SPARTA!!) This used to be the place the romans bath in there. It is totally contaminated now. There used to be a dome covering it, but the dome crumbled down in ruins just like Humpty Dumpty.

You don't want to know how GREEN is the water at the moment. You'll have to see it for yourself.

Next: Part II.

sms// Thanks for the compliment. Not that I have spotted any of them! The irrigation was built with lead. That's why it is banned now. I wonder why still the Romans are so smart, they have been drinking so much lead!

chong// Thank you. :D
